initial death toll of Palestinians who have been killed by the Israeli
genocidal war on Gaza
Strip is 77,491. This includes the accounted for deaths (64,871) and those who are still missing under the rubble (an estimate of at least 12,620+).
*** Note about the number of Palestinians, who were kidnapped by the Israeli occupation forces in the Wet Bank: Palestinian Prisoners institutions reported that 662 Palestinians, including 39 children and 12 women, were kidnapped by the Israeli occupation forces in the West Bank, including Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), during July 2025. The Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs, the Palestinian Prisoners Society (PPS), and Al Dhameer Association for Human Rights stated in a report issued Sunday that the total number of kidnappings of Palestinians in the West Bank, since the start of the ongoing genocide in Gaza, has risen to more than 18,500, including over 570 women and about 1,500 children. ٰ " ٰ ٰ " ( 5: 32). " " ( 4: 93). " ۖ ۚ ( 17: 7). In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves. Then, when the latter (final) promise came, they (your enemies) will sadden your faces, and to enter the Masjid (in Jerusalem), as they entered it the first time, and will destroy what they had taken over with (total) destruction (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

According to local media sources, Israeli forces also continued today to detonate and bomb more homes and tents and displace families across the Gaza Strip, further deepening the dire humanitarian crisis as the population grapples with worsening famine. According to the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) reporter in Gaza, Israeli attacks have continued across the Gaza Strip, including a strike on a guest house belonging to the Bakr family in Gaza Citys 'Aidiya street. Several casualties, including four martyrs, were reported. Seven people were reportedly massacred and dozens sustained injuries when the Israeli army bombed an apartment building near Barcelona Park in Gaza Citys Tel El-Hawa neighborhood. Over 20 civilians suffered injuries in separate Israeli attacks in the morning at Al-Da'hdou'h junction and Street 8 in Gaza City. The Israeli army launched an aerial attack on an apartment building in Gaza Citys Tel El-Hawa neighborhood, reducing it to rubble. The Israeli army also destroyed multiple homes using both airstrikes and booby-trapped armored vehicles in different areas of Gaza City. In central Gaza, an Israeli airstrike on a house in El-Maghazi refugee camp killed three citizens. Another strike on a tent sheltering a displaced family in Dair El-Bala'h in central Gaza claimed the lives of six people and injured others. The Israeli army also launched attacks on other areas of the Gaza Strip last night and today, killing and wounding more civilians, including children and women. Meanwhile, dozens of people were martyred or injured in Israeli attacks on aid seekers near distribution points in separate areas of Gaza. Two people were also proclaimed dead due to starvation and malnutrition, while other Gazans were pronounced dead after they succumbed to injuries they sustained in recent attacks, according to Gazas health ministry today. *** Gaza doctors resort to amputation amid spread of antibiotic-resistant microbes Sunday 14-September-2025 GAZA, (PIC) Dr. Muneer El-Bursh, Director General of the Ministry of Health in Gaza, has said that the suffering of the wounded in the Strip is no longer limited to Israeli bullets and bombings. Their lives are now threatened by antibiotic-resistant microbes, especially as Israel prevents the entry of necessary medications, forcing doctors to make the harsh decision of amputating limbs to save lives. In statements to Al Jazeera on Saturday, Al-Bursh explained that the health situation has reached a critical stage, where medical staff face two painful choices: amputate infected limbs or lose the patients life, due to the complete inability to provide antibiotics that Israel bans from entering the Strip. He noted that this situation is part of a systematic policy aimed at destroying Gazas healthcare system, stressing that the emergence of resistant microbes signals the crisis has reached a point of no return. El-Bursh added that Israel is committing a full-fledged genocide, not only through direct bombardment, but also via medical and pharmaceutical blockade that suffocates millions of Palestinians. In a related context, the health director pointed out that the Israeli military operation Gideon Chariots 2, launched on August 13, resulted in the martyrdom of 1,891 Palestinians, including 482 children, 174 women, and 75 elderly individuals, meaning that 38% of the victims were among the most vulnerable groups. He criticized what he described as the complicit international silence in the face of these crimes, documented in both sound and image. He noted that Israel not only imposes a comprehensive siege and systematic starvation, but its leaders openly declare that their intent is to forcibly displace Gazas population, in blatant violation of international law and the Geneva Conventions. Al-Bursh also warned of the worsening humanitarian catastrophe as famine continues, officially declared by the United Nations on August 22 for the first time in Middle East history. He confirmed that hunger-related deaths in Gaza have reached 420 so far, including 145 children, reflecting the scale of the daily disaster Gaza endures. *** ****** Gaza: Hospitals receive 68 martyrs, death toll climbs to 64,871 martyrs Sunday 14-September-2025 GAZA, (PIC) During the past 24 hours, hospitals in the Gaza Strip received the bodies of at least 68 civilians, as well as 346 people suffering from different injuries following Israeli attacks, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza, on Sunday morning. Accordingly, a total of 12,321 people have been killed and 52,569 others have been injured since the Israeli occupation army resumed its genocidal war on Gaza on March 18, 2025. The new fatalities increased the death toll from the Israeli genocidal war on Gaza, which started on October 7, 2023, to 64,871 martyrs, including 2,494 aid seekers, the health ministry said. The Ministry added that the total number of the wounded also surged to 164,610 people, including 18,135 aid seekers. The Ministry also said that Gazas hospitals recorded two new fatalities in the past 24 hours due to starvation and malnutrition, bringing the death toll from the famine to 422 victims, including 145 children. Emergency services are still unable to reach many casualties and dead bodies trapped under the rubble or scattered on roads across the war-torn enclave, as Israeli occupation forces continue to target ambulance and civil defense crews, according to the health authorities. Israel's genocidal onslaught continues undeterred despite calls from the United Nations Security Council for an immediate ceasefire and directives from the International Court of Justice urging measures to prevent genocide and alleviate the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza. *** *** Civilians injured as Israeli warplanes bomb residential tower in Gaza City GAZA, September 14, 2025 (WAFA) - Several civilians were injured on Sunday evening in Israeli shelling of a residential tower in Gaza City. WAFA correspondent said the strike targeted Al-Jundi El-Majhoul Tower in the Al-Rimal neighborhood, west of the city, causing multiple injuries, extensive destruction, and a large fire at the site. In a related attack, Israeli forces also bombed a building in the northwestern part of Gaza City, while artillery shelling targeted Al-Shuja'iyya neighborhood in the east of the city. The Israeli military continues its intense bombardment of the northern Gaza Strip, particularly Gaza City, blowing up homes and residential towers in an attempt to force civilians into mass displacement toward the center and south of the Strip. T.R. *** Death toll in Gaza rises to 52 since dawn amid ongoing Israeli attacks GAZA, September 14, 2025 (WAFA) - Fifty-two Palestinians have been killed by Israeli occupation forces since dawn today, in various areas of the Gaza Strip, according to medical sources. Seventeen of the victims were taken to Al-Shifa Hospital, five to the Baptist Hospital, twelve to Al-Hilal Hospital in Tel al-Hawa, eight to Al-Aqsa Hospital, and ten to Nasser Hospital. Since the start of Israels ongoing aggression on Gaza on October 7, 2023, a total of 64,871 Palestinians have been killed, mostly women and children. At least 164,610 others have been wounded. This toll remains incomplete, as many victims remain trapped under rubble, inaccessible to ambulance and rescue crews. T.R. *** Gaza: Death toll from starvation climbs to 422, including 145 kids Sunday 14-September-2025 GAZA, (PIC) Two Palestinian citizens died of starvation and malnutrition in the Gaza Strip within the past 24 hours, according to a statement released by Gazas health ministry on Sunday morning. The new victims have raised the total number of hunger-related deaths in the famished coastal territory to 422 people, including 145 children, the health ministry said. According to the ministry, 144 of the famine deaths, 30 of them children, occurred after the UN-backed hunger monitoring system Integrated Food Security Phase Classification (IPC) formally declared Gaza a famine zone last month. UNRWA @UNRWA At least 2,000 desperate and hungry people have been killed while seeking food aid. The vast majority were killed near sites of the so called Gaza humanitarian foundation. This deadly mechanism is manned by mercenaries including anti-Muslim gangsters, according to the @BBC Addressing famine in #Gaza requires uninterrupted, at scale and safe access to people in need wherever they are. The UN, including UNRWA and partners have the resources and the expertise. Let us do our job. UNRWA Commissioner-General @UNLazzarini *** Several Palestinians killed in continued Israeli strikes across Gaza GAZA, September 14, 2025 (WAFA) Several Palestinians were killed and injured on Sunday as Israeli warplanes launched airstrikes across the Gaza Strip, amid the continued demolition of homes in Tel El-Hawa neighborhood in Gaza City. According to medical sources, seven civilians were killed and others injured when Israeli forces struck a destroyed building adjacent to a displacement camp in Tel al-Hawa, southern Gaza City. The neighborhood has been under intense bombardment for hours, with Israeli forces blowing up residential towers and buildings, and issuing evacuation threats ahead of further demolitions. In central Gaza, two more Palestinians were killed when Israeli occupation forces bombed a house in Al-Maghazi refugee camp. The sources also confirmed that the total number of Palestinians killed by Israeli gunfire since dawn today has risen to 41, including 28 in Gaza City alone. The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 2023 has so far resulted in at least 64,840 documented Palestinian fatalities, with over 164,265 others injured. Thousands of victims are feared trapped under rubble, inaccessible to emergency and civil defense teams due to Israeli attacks. M.N. *** Israeli strikes kill and injure several civilians across Gaza GAZA, September 14, 2025 (WAFA) Several civilians were killed and others injured this evening in Israeli strikes targeting multiple areas across the Gaza Strip. Medical sources at Al-Shifa Hospital confirmed the arrival of four bodies and several injured following an Israeli airstrike on a house west of Gaza City. One civilian was also killed and several others were injured in another Israeli airstrike that targeted Al-Jalaa Street in Gaza City. In addition, a civilian was killed in Israeli artillery shelling of the Batn Al-Sameen area, south of Khan Younus in the southern Strip. The Gaza Strip has been subjected to a relentless aggression for 709 consecutive days, which has so far resulted in the killing of more than 65,000 civilians and the wounding of 164,000 others. T.R. *** *** Killing, Injuring, and Abduction of Palestinians in the West Bank by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces *** Young man injured by Israeli forces gunfire at Toulkarm refugee camp TOULKARM, Sept. 14, 2025 (WAFA) A young Palestinian man was shot and injured by Israeli forces live fire on Sunday evening at the western entrance to the Toulkarm refugee camp, the second injury at the same location within 24 hours. The Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said its teams treated a 27-year-old man who was wounded by Israeli soldiers live bullets in the foot inside the camp. Israeli forces have sustained a 231-day relentless military campaign in Tulkarem and the Tulkarem and Nur Shams refugee camps, carrying out daily incursions amid a tight blockade and movement restrictions, and barring residents from entering the camps to check on their homes, with live fire used to enforce the ban. T.R. *** IOFs kidnap several Palestinians during West Bank raids Sunday 14-September-2025 WEST BANK, (PIC) The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) kidnapped a number of Palestinian citizens during raids in the West Bank last night and on Sunday morning. According to local sources, the IOFs kidnapped five citizens following raids on homes in different villages in the east and south of Nablus province. In El-Khaleel (Hebron), the IOFs kidnapped seven citizens, including two women, during raids in the city, El-Fawwar refugee camp, and the towns of Sair and Bait Ummar. The Israeli occupation forces also stormed the universities of El-Khaleel (Hebron) and Palestine Polytechnic and kidnapped and interrogated several students and teachers. Two other citizens were taken prisoner during IOFs raids in Za'atara town, east of Bait La'hm (Bethlehem), and Tamoun town in southern Toubas. In Qalqilya, the IOFs kidnapped a citizen and his son after ransacking their home in the city. In Jineen, the Israeli occupation soldiers savagely assaulted a young man in the Wadi Burqin area before allowing a Red Crescent crew to provide him with medical assistance. The IOFs also kidnapped a young man after raiding his home, near El-Baydawi rotary in Jineen City. On Saturday evening, the Israeli occupation forces stormed Bait Rima town, in the northwest of Ramallah, raided a commercial store and assaulted a young man before kidnaping him. 16 kidnapped. *** Israeli occupation regime court orders forcible displacement of Palestinian family in Silwan Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), September 14, 2025 (WAFA) An Israeli central court issued a ruling on Sunday ordering the forcible displacement of the Rajabi family from their home in the Silwan neighborhood, in occupied Jerusalem. According to the Palestinian Authority (PA)-run Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) Governorate, the court decision mandates the eviction of the Rajabi family from their residence in Silwan, a neighborhood that has long been targeted by Israeli settler organizations seeking to establish their presence in the area. The ruling is part of ongoing efforts to displace Palestinian families from their homes in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) under various legal pretexts, which Palestinian officials and rights groups describe as a systematic policy of forced transfer. M.N. *** Israeli occupation forces burn home, assault civilians during raid in Jineen Jineen, September 14, 2025 (WAFA) Israeli occupation forces set fire to a home and physically assaulted civilians in Wadi Burqin neighborhood, west of Jenin in the northern West Bank, on Sunday morning, as part of the ongoing Israeli military offensive in the area. Local sources reported that the home of slain Palestinian 'Ali Turkman was deliberately set ablaze by Israeli forces in the neighborhood. During the same raid, troops assaulted displaced civilians in the area, leaving 24-year-old Mu'hammed Turkman with bruises after a severe beating. He was transferred to hospital for treatment. Elsewhere in the governorate, Israeli forces closed the entrance to the village of Zububa, west of Jenin, with earth mounds, preventing residents from leaving. Live fire was also reported in the area. In Jineen refugee camp, Israeli occupation forces continue to fire live ammunition intensively, despite the camp having been forcibly emptied of its residents and declared a closed military zone since January 21. Since then, Israeli occupation forces have intensified raids across villages and towns in the province, carrying out widespread detention campaigns and military incursions. M.N. *** Palestinian detainee subjected to execution attempt in Israeli investigation cells before release - Prisoners' institutions RAMALLAH, September 14, 2025 (WAFA) The Palestinian Prisoners Society (PPS) and the Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs Commission said that Palestinian detainee Ma'hmoud 'Hasan Al-Wardian was subjected to an execution attempt inside Israeli investigation cells before his release in critical condition. The Commission and the PPS stated in a joint statement on Sunday evening that Al-Wardian, 38, from Bethlehem, was detained on August 18 with his father and several other Palestinians as part of a wide-scale detention campaign in the governorate. Al-Wardian was transferred to the Ofer investigation center following his detention. Legal follow-up on his case indicated that Israeli intelligence authorities barred him from meeting his lawyer during the entire period of his detention, which was repeatedly extended to complete the investigations. On August 25, Al-Wardian was transferred from Ofer Prison to Israels Hadassah Medical Center in critical condition, unconscious, and placed in the intensive care unit, despite having no prior health issues before his detention. On September 11, a sudden decision was issued to release him due to the severity of his health condition. He was then transferred directly to the intensive care unit at the Arab Society Hospital in Bethlehem, where he remains in critical condition. According to medical reports issued after his release, Al-Wardian suffers from brain damage caused by severe oxygen deprivation. He also sustained bilateral rib fractures, bruises and contusions around the neck, superficial wounds on the wrists and left hand, as well as scattered bruises on the right knee, lower left leg, and right ear. In a statement, the Commission and PPS affirmed that the Israeli occupation committed a compounded crime against Al-Wardian, beginning from the moment of his detention, through his transfer for investigation, the denial of access to a lawyer, and the repeated extensions of his detention under the pretext of completing investigations, and ending with his torture and attempted execution. The statement noted that Al-Wardian had been a frequent target of repeated detentions over the years, most of them under administrative detention. They held the Israeli occupation fully responsible for the crime committed against Al-Wardian, describing it as a new link in the chain of massive crimes carried out by the occupation over decades, which reached its peak with the onset of the genocidal war. The statement warned that since the start of the genocidal war, the systematic torture of thousands of detainees and prisoners has reached unprecedented levels, with no one spared from practices that violate international laws and norms, as the occupation continues to devise new methods and tools for continuous torture. They condemned the ongoing international silence over the occupations ongoing crimes against Palestinian detainees and prisoners, calling it an assault on humanity as a whole. T.R. *** 540 Palestinians detained in the West Bank in August, over 19,000 since start of war RAMALLAH, September 14, 2025 (WAFA) Palestinian detainee advocacy organizations reported that Israeli occupation forces detained at least 540 Palestinians in the occupied West Bank, including Jerusalem, during the month of August 2025. Among those detained were 49 children and 19 women. This brings the total number of detentions in the West Bank since the beginning of the ongoing war to over 19,000, including more than 590 women and around 1,550 children. The figure includes individuals who were later released and excludes the thousands detained from the Gaza Strip. The data was published in a joint monthly report issued by the Commission for Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs, the Palestinian Prisoners Society, and Addameer Prisoner Support and Human Rights Association, who monitor and document detention-related violations by Israeli authorities. The organizations stated that Israeli forces have continued widespread detention campaigns across the West Bank, while also detaining dozens from Gaza, including individuals waiting for humanitarian aidan area increasingly turned into a trap for killings, detentions, and abuse by Israeli forces. According to the report, systematic patterns have accompanied these detentions, including violent night raids, destruction of property, physical assaults on detainees and their families, death threats, and the seizure of money, jewelry, and electronics. Families are often held as hostages during raids, and field interrogations are frequently conducted in homes or makeshift military posts. The organizations further noted that settler violence has played a role in expanding the scope of detentions, especially in villages and areas under intensified colonization, where dozens have been detained and interrogated in connection with confrontations involving settlers. There has also been a marked escalation in the use of administrative detentionthe practice of holding individuals without charge or triala policy the organizations say is used to undermine political, social, and cultural life, particularly targeting students, journalists, human rights defenders, and former detainees. Administrative detainees now make up more than 32 percent of the total number of Palestinians held in Israeli prisons, including women and children. The report also emphasized that around 90 percent of appeals and petitions against administrative detention orders have been rejected by Israeli military courts since the beginning of the war, suggesting the judiciarys role as a key tool in legitimizing and perpetuating this form of arbitrary detention. M.N. *** *** Aggression and Attacks by Illegal Israeli Settlers and Soldiers *** Note: Despite the Trump administration support for the Israeli occupation apartheid regime, the U.S. official policy is still considering the Israeli settlement activities in the Palestinian territories as illegal. *** Dozens of the illegal Israeli settlers defile Al-Aqsa Mosque under police guard Sunday 14-September-2025 Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), (PIC) Scores of the illegal Israeli settlers desecrated Al-Aqsa Mosque in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) on Sunday morning and later in the afternoon, amid tight restrictions on the entry of Muslim worshipers to the holy site. According to local sources, dozens of settlers entered the Mosque today through its Maghariba Gate and toured its courtyards under police protection. During their tours at the Islamic holy site, the settlers received lectures from rabbis about the alleged temple mount and a number of them provocatively performed Talmudic prayers in the eastern area of the Mosque. Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation police imposed movement and entry restrictions on Muslim worshipers at Al-Aqsa Mosques entrances and gates and prevented many of them from entering the holy site. *** Illegal Israeli settlers, backed by Israeli soldiers, storm Ramallah-area village RAMALLAH, September 14, 2025 (WAFA) - Groups of the illegal Israeli settlers, under the protection of Israeli forces, stormed the outskirts of the village of Dair Jareer northeast of Ramallah on Sunday evening, according to a local official. Fat'hi 'Hamdan, head of the Dair Jareer village council, told WAFA that armed colonists stormed the villages western entrance, where they gathered and opened live fire. He added that an Israeli military force stormed the area to protect the colonists, closed the villages western entrance, and blocked residents from passing through. Soldiers also fired stun grenades and tear gas at residents; however, no injuries were reported. Earlier in the day, hundreds of residents joined the funeral procession of Mu'hammed 'Eisa Ahmad Alawi, 21, from Dair Jareer, who succumbed yesterday to critical wounds inflicted by Israeli forces and colonists. T.R. *** Israeli occupation army bulldozes and seizes vast tracts of Palestinian land in the West Bank Sunday 14-September-2025 WEST BANK, (PIC) The Israeli occupation army announced, on Sunday, military orders to bulldoze about 200 dunums of Palestinian-owned land in Toulkarm City and to seize about 3.5 dunums of land in western Salfeet to build a settler road. Local sources reported that the military order in Tulkarem involves clearing and uprooting trees on about 200 dunums of land, extending from the wastewater collection ponds west of the city to the 104 Nitzanei Oz gate and the Bir El-Sikka area near the Shuwaika suburb in the north. The sources added that the Israeli army said its measure aim to expand the settlement of Bat Hefer in northern Toulkarm. According to the order, the landowners can file objections, but the measure will take effect within 24 hours, leaving them a very limited window to respond. In another incident, the Israeli army notified Palestinian citizens of its intent to seize about 3.5 dunums of land in Kafr El-Deek town, west of Salfeet, in order to build a new road for the illegal Israeli settlers. Local sources said that this settler road would run alongside the towns homes, starting from the Abbara area to the settlements of Peduel and Alei Zahav. *** Ariel municipality okays major plan to expand its industrial area Sunday 14-September-2025 Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), (PIC) The Israeli newspaper Israel Hayom reported on Sunday that the municipality of the illegal Ariel settlement in the northern occupied West Bank has approved a massive plan to expand its industrial area. The newspaper added that 1,000 dunums of land would be earmarked for the expansion of Ariel. Ariel is a Jewish settlement in the Salfeet district in the central West Bank, east of the Green Line. It was founded in 1978 on land that was seized under the false pretext of imperative military needs and on land that was declared state land, including cultivated farmland of villages in the district and on rocky land the villagers used for grazing their livestock. *** Israeli forces raid school in Bethlehem, assault mayor and other officials Bait La'hm ( Bethlehem), September 14, 2025 (WAFA) Israeli occupation forces raided an elementary school in the town of El-Khadhir in Bait La'hm ( Bethlehem) on Sunday evening and physically assaulted the towns mayor and other officials, according to a local official. Ma'hmoud 'Abdullah, head of the towns school Parents Council, told WAFA that Israeli forces raided the school as students were leaving and physically assaulted the towns mayor and other officials. He explained that following the raid, the towns mayor and other officials headed to the school, where they were brutally beaten by the forces with the butts of their rifles, causing them injuries and bruises. Forces also threatened to close all seven schools in the town. The El-Khadhir schools complex, in the old town near the apartheid wall, has been repeatedly subjected to attacks on students by Israeli forces. T.R. *** Occupation forces demolish home of slain youth near Salfeet SALFEET, September 14, 2025 (WAFA) Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) demolished the home of slain youth Na-il Samara in the town of Bruqeen, west of Salfeet, on Sunday evening. Local sources reported to WAFA that large IOFs stormed the town and surrounded the area surrounding the slain youth's home before proceeding with the demolition, amid a heavy deployment in the area. It is worth noting that Na-i Sami Abdul Ra'hman Samara was 36 when he was killed on May 17, 2025 after being shot by IOF with live ammunition in the Balata area of Bruqeen. The demolition of the Samara's home comes as part of the collective punishment policy pursued by the occupation against the families of slain and detained Palestinians. K.T. *** *** News Related to the Israeli Genocidal War on the Palestinian People *** International flotilla sets sail from Tunisia to break Gaza siege Sunday 14-September-2025 GAZA, (PIC) An international convoy of boats, known as the Global Sumud Flotilla (GSF), has set sail from Tunisia, aiming to defy Israels siege on the war-ravaged Gaza Strip and deliver humanitarian aid. The GSF, which departed Bizerte Port on Saturday, includes more than 40 vessels carrying between 500 and 700 activists from more than 40 countries, according to Anadolu news agency. The participants say they are determined to break the blockade on Gaza. Among those joining is Franco-Palestinian lawmaker Rima Hasan, a member of the French National Assembly, who announced her participation after boarding in Tunisia. Our governments are responsible for the continuation of the genocide in Gaza, Hasan wrote on X, accusing European leaders of being silent towards Israeli attacks on aid convoys. In June, she joined another Gaza-bound boat that Israeli forces seized in international waters. The flotilla is supported by prominent activists, including Swedish climate campaigner Greta Thunberg, who has long been vilified by Israeli officials for her solidarity with Palestinians. Organizers reported this week that two of the GSF ships the Family, which had members of the steering committee on board, and the Alma were attacked while anchored near Tunis. Activists suspect Israeli involvement, noting that one of the vessels was struck by a drone. This is not the first time the Israeli occupation regime has moved to stop such solidarity missions. In early June, Israeli naval forces intercepted the Madleen ship in international waters, seizing its aid supplies and detaining a crew of 12 activists. Another vessel, the Conscience, was struck by drones in May near Maltese waters, leaving it unable to continue its journey. Organizers say the GSF represents one of the boldest challenges yet to Israels control of Gazas coastline. The new attempt to break the Israeli blockade comes as the UN launches daily appeals for action to address the famine in Gaza, where more than half a million people are facing catastrophic hunger and malnutrition. *** =============================================================================================================================== Editorial
